Photoshop and flash integration

Photoshop and flash integration

Photoshop CS and Flash MX 2004 Integration with Michael Ninness is a series of movie-based tutorials that teaches the most efficient methods for importing content created with Adobe Photoshop into Macromedia Flash, while maintaining as much of the original appearance and quality as possible.

In addition, this title teaches you how to control the optimization settings in Flash for bitmap images when they are embedded inside an exported SWF file, including how to load external JPEGs into a Flash movie. Other topics include: saving layers as PNG files, exporting Illustrator files to SWF, preserving layer styles, and using the PSD2FLA Plug-in. This title was created using Adobe Photoshop CS and Macromedia Flash MX 2004, along with Adobe ImageReady CS, Adobe Illustrator CS, and Macromedia Fireworks MX 2004. Most of the training content in this title should work just fine in the earlier versions of either of these products, but be aware that some menu commands may be named differently or appear in different locations in the earlier versions.
